UInvest Inc is a private investment management firm based in Ukraine and filed since 2011 in California.The firm, created in 2007, was the first online company to become a crowd funding platform allowing investors from all over the world to finance existing private businesses in Eastern Europe.

2007

April : UInvest registers in Ukraine
November  : UInvest registers domain name uinvest.com.ua

2008

April : UInvest settles first trade connectiong investors and business owner, offline
December : UInvest launches fully functional website and investors, offline
June : UInvest starts providing consulting and informational services to business owners

2009

June :UInvest starts targeting retail investors by splitting required amount inf shares
September : First online transaction is made on UInvest website

2010

March : UInvest expands its online presence, redesigns website
June : UInvest starts accepting business projects from independent brokers. Uinvest launches massive online referral program.

2011

May : Total amount of assets process via UInvest exceeds $100,000,000 with over 33,000 members
June : UInvest registers entity in the USA
December : UInvest together with uinvestors start GUN (Global UInvest Network)

2012

April : GUN raises more than $2,000,000 start capital
May : Financial Partners launched
June :First international project listed at UInvest
September : UInvest acquires brokerage financial company
October : UInvest announces a 5th Anniversary International Crowdfunding Conference for April 29-May 1, 2013.

Future

UInvest is going to launch the "Cloud Global UInvest Network".
